Shipping Information – Croc Rock Charms
All orders from Croc Rock Charms are dispatched using Evri or Royal Mail, depending on size and destination.
📦 Dispatch time
I aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours.
Orders are often dispatched on weekends whenever possible, so your charms get to you quickly.

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days once dispatched

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please don’t worry — delays can occasionally happen with postal services.
📩 How to get help
If your parcel appears delayed or hasn’t arrived, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date and I’ll be happy to look into it for you.
Once reported, I’ll:
- Check tracking information
- Contact the courier where needed
- Keep you updated on next steps
Please note that claims raised outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement due to courier claim limits.
