How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of being placed. Every order is carefully packed before dispatch.

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship all orders via Royal Mail:

• Royal Mail 1st Class – £2.95
  (1–2 working days)

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! All UK orders over £20 qualify for free delivery automatically at checkout.

Do you dispatch orders at weekends?

We process orders 7 days a week, however orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays may be dispatched on the next working day due to Royal Mail operating hours.

Does 1st Class delivery guarantee next-day delivery?

No — while Royal Mail 1st Class aims to deliver faster, it does not guarantee next-day delivery and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking details are provided where available. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.

How are orders packaged?

All items are securely packaged in a zip-lock bag and padded envelope to ensure they arrive safely.

What if my order is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is outside of our control, but we’re always happy to help if there’s an issue.
